1200 run, 21 burpee dead lifts w dumbbells (#35), 21 Russian Twists w heels elevated, 21 Goblet squats w #35 dumbbell.

800 run * faster than 1200 pace. 15 burpee dead lifts, 15 Russian Twists, 15 Goblet Squats 400 run * faster than 800 pace. 9 burpee dead lifts, 9 Russian Twists, 9 Goblet Squats.
