single leg, single leg -short fast, double leg, double leg slalom (L/R), single leg half circle, single leg-L knee to R elbow, R knee to L elbow.

5 Rounds, 10 reps each

Weight plate ground to overhead (#45/#25)

Russian twists, seated w weight plate.

Floor bench press with weight plate Kettle bell swings (#35/#25)

Partner > Medicine ball walk lunge with slam over opposite shoulder, 10 yards out and back. Partner does physio ball core. Round 1. bridges 2. pike ups 3. rolling knee to chest 4. back extensions.
