Did this workout with Laura H at Frances Meadows Fitness Ctr.

AMRAP 23 min. 9 pull ups 15 Power Cleans (I used #35 dumbbells) 21 air squats 400 M run. JH 5 rounds with 9 pullups, 10 power cleans.
