For time but every min on the minute while completing the tasks below do 3 X burpees !

30 sit ups

30 ground to overhead

30 high pulls

30 push press *start w plate at side, explode up into a press

30 goblet squats

30 lying down straight arm shoulder lifts

30 push up and drag plate to other side

30 wood chops 15 L and 15 R

30 hip bridges

30 floor presses *like bench press

alt single arm bent over row

Core planks with weight plate :20 high position, :20 low position.
