Swim with CrossFit at BU today Jan 4 2015

5 rounds for time using a single dumbbell

5 ea arm snatch

5 ea arm bent over row

10 goblet squats

5 ea arm push press

5 ea arm push up and row

Then 8 min AMRAP Sprint 25, walk lunge 25 yards back to start

Sprint 25, bear crawl 25 yards back to start
