5 X 50's at :55 count strokes or have someone count your strokes for each 50 - fast pace, work hard.
Easy 50
4 X 50's at :50 count strokes on each 50. Try and maintain the same count as :55 interval with fast speed (same speed as the :55 rest)
Easy 50
3 X 50's at :45 and count strokes - maintain the same stroke count as : 50 rest with same speed as the :50 interval.
Effecient swimmers pace at :25 to :30 per 50 holding stroke count.
Decent swimmers pace at :30 to :35 per 50 holding stroke count.
Legit swimmers pace at :40 to :50 per 50 holding stroke count.
Getting there swimmers pace at :50 to 1:00 per 50 holding stroke count.
