GHS track x training
Sunday mornings a group meets at the GHS track for an easy run or cross training and run. Many of the area high school XC runners participate. Art from N Hall High and Coach Wes from Chestatee participate as well as master runners and former high school XC runners. You are welcome to attend.

warm up dynamic for 4 min.
4 rounds of :
10 x hollow rocks, 5 each side Turkish half get ups, 10 each side L hand to L foot , R hand to R foot, 10 each side fire hydrants, kneeling heel raise x 10 ea. leg, side lying scissors 10 each leg. Plank hold :30
Other group did 6 miles easy from high school
