5 Barbell roll outs or sub Hollow Rocks

6 Swiss ball pike ups

7 DB/KB swing

8 thrusters. #35 dB

9 #20 slam ball

10 bar facing burpees

11 push press. . #35 dB

12 pushups with shoulder taps
