Fun Multi Task Workout
I scaled this workout for a group of home school kids ages 10, 14, 16 15 each of the following 15 tasks with dumbbells, HOWEVER, every 1 min on the min complete 5 box jumps.
Floor or bench press, swings, back extensions on BOSU or Swiss Ball or Floor, weighted sit ups, slam ball, goblet squats, burpees, pull ups, hang knees to chest, push up and row, Russian twists, walk lunge w dumbbell (15 steps), calve raises holding dumbbells, wall ball, bent over row (alternate arms).
