Hotel Workout - 20 different dumbbell exercises, 15 reps each

Hampton Inns most always has a rack of dumbbells and pull up bar station. I have found you can complete most CrossFit type workouts in their workout rooms and parking lot.

15 reps each of the following all with dumbbells. Weights varied between #25 and #50. Use the heaviest weight you can for 15 reps on each.

Wood chops L x 15, R X 15 #25

Sit up and twist L/R/Center =1 #35

One arm snatch L x 15 One arm snatch R x 15 #35

Thruster #35

Walk lunges #35

Seated shoulder press #35

Bent over row #35

Tricep Extension on bench #35

Push up and row (renegade row) #35

Burpee to deadlift #35

Siingle leg deadlifts - lower R arm, lift L leg straight behind you 15 L and 15 R #35

Bench press - use floor if no bench #45

Goblet Squats #45

Swings #45

Bench step ups #45 L=1, R=2

Push press #45

Hang power cleans #45

Deadlifts #50
