Benchmark pre season swim run workout

Swim 500, Run 1 mi x 3 rounds for time.

This is the pre season benchmark workout all our swimmers complete upon return to school in the preseason. Everyone knows it is coming and is a good incentive for the girls to keep training in throughout the summer. A good time for this workout is under 40 min. We encourage fast tranistions and run right out of the pool.
