What you can expect: * Discover flaws in your stroke(s) and what you can do to correct them. * Move past your swimming obstacles by seeing in your stroke what’s really going on. * Get over swimming plateaus for a faster freestyle and a smoother, more efficient stroke for the open water.

Here is your opportunity to see yourself swim from underwater- and discover how to make stroke corrections and what specific drills to focus on to improve and swim more efficient. Do not keep swimming endless “garbage” yards reinforcing bad habits.

Swim Clinic Info Dates: Feb. 21, 28 March 13, 20 Time: 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM Sunday Swim Clinic at Brenau University Aquatic Center. During these sessions we will video each participant individually. This is not a swim workout session – we conduct stroke drills and provide feedback as you swim. Cost $60.00 for 4 sessions. The Coaches Nathan Rhoads: Head Coach Brenau University and GTAC Rhoads has over 16 years of coaching experience including coaching athletes at the NCAA Division I, NAIA, Masters, USA Swimming, High School, and summer league levels. His athletes have qualified for Olympic Trials and have set age group records in Virginia and Texas.
